Assalamualaikum wrt and hello everyone,

I am a Professor of Food Technology at the School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). I have been teaching in the last 26 years (since 1994).

In my current role as the Director of the Centre for Development of Academic Excellence, I'm responsible for designing and running a professional development programme in technology-enhanced learning and student-centred learning for the academic staff.
