Professional Development Clinic sessions are held throughout the year such as reading sessions, discussions, chamber ensemble coaching and instrument repairs. Great opportunity for teachers and students to meet and learn more about string education!

Our annual Orchestra Festival offers performance and clinic opportunities to string and symphonic ensembles from across the province. Festival experience includes a wonderful facility with a separate warm-up and performance venue, leadership award, performance feedback from adjudicators and a recording of your performance. This is a valuable and viable opportunity for ensembles of all levels!

Ontario Strings Association Youth Orchestra (OSAYO) is an auditioned string orchestra that is put together annually for a four-day experience of intense rehearsals, incredible repertoire, and exciting concerts. Students between ages of 12-19 are welcome to apply.
