What a week⌠my head and heart are full (in the best way), so hereâs your round-up of everything happening Â
I am so excited to share that Little Kin (my baby and their adult's classes) has been awarded funding from Halton Housing to run a brand-new Postnatal Fitness Programme in partnership with The Catalyst Museum.
Classes will be held in their beautiful Observatory space, and participants will get:
A free annual pass to Catalyst
A cuppa together after class
A whole new community with WhatsApp and online support
Weâre just finalising details, but itâs looking like a February start on Fridays.
Anyone with a pre-crawling / just crawling baby in Halton can join. Unfortunately spaces are limited to 10. Programme will run for 5 weeks.Â
 New Postpartum Class at Beechwood
Monday sees the start of our next postpartum group at Beechwood, and I canât wait to meet our new ladies and their gorgeous babies.
To my most recent cohort:
Iâm still a bit emotional that our weeks together have ended. Please keep sharing photos in the WhatsApp, and donât forget your little âstretch & healâ booklet I gave you. Everything in there is designed to help you continue moving gently and confidently. (Copies on the website if they've been lost)
Glow & Flow Began This Week!
Our calm, nurturing 6-week online programme began quietly on Monday â parcels filled with gorgeous equipment and pretty little bits went out (I may have gone overboard, hence the box upgradeâŚ).
Participants receive:
A guided online movement class each week
An emailed deep dive class each week
Support in our WhatsApp group
A parcel containing all the equipment you need - resistance bands, eye mask, journal, "a cuddly toy!" And more...
If youâve missed what Glow & Flow is:
Itâs our slow-paced, nourishing programme focused on gentle supported strength, stretch, breath, lymphatic awareness and nervous system down-regulation. Perfect for chronic conditions, overwhelm, or anyone needing softness. We are working with the season, to remain Strong & Soothed not Tired & Wired.Â
Itâs not too late to join â reply to this email if youâd like in (ÂŁ119 for 6 weeks)
Monthly Mover â Free Online Class
Sunday was our free Monthly Mover class, especially designed for those with lipoedema and chronic conditions: Although it is suitable for anybody wanting a little exercise. We were joined by Dolly and Barbara (my resistance bands!), but donât worry â the whole routine works without them too.

If you want more videos, remember:
Thereâs a growing library of routines, tips, and resources in the Luminaries section here.
Our Early Bird crew are flying â despite the darker mornings, the mantra remains:
â6:40am Kate will thank me.â
PowerRangers meet twice a week on Zoom:
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:10â6:40am
Two 30-minute sessions
Private WhatsApp for support
This week: weights, staggered RDLs, and questionable 1980s singing
If youâd like to join the PowerRangers, you are very welcome â just reply to this email.
Thatâs a LOT happening, I know âthere is actually more, updates on Hannah Rebecca Wellness Studio, a few changes to studio classes, Little Studio Nettie... but I will tell you all about that next week. Right now, I think we all deserve a cuppa and a hobnob
Thank you for being part of it.
With love and a wiggly stretch,
Nettie xÂ
Gentle note: Our classes support inclusive, body-positive movement. Please listen to your body and move within your limits.
