About Us

We are a Multi-Para to Novella RPG. What does this mean? Simple, we do not accept anything less than four paragraphs per starter/reply. As far as a paragraph is concerned, that means about a hundred words unless you're using dialogue. Everyone makes mistakes (especially when the muse sweeps us off our feet), however we simply ask that you maintain some semblance of proper grammar through capitalization, punctuation, and accurate spelling that does not disrupt the flow of reading for the average writer.

For most of our members, our High School years are long since past and we are several years in to our adulthood. We do understand that there may be personality differences that causes strife between two or more people. All that we ask is for you to be respectful of each other and if you are unable to resolve your differences, that you either find a means for your characters to not interact within the story, thus avoiding a crossing of paths, or to reach out to Grace or Leo for help. The only drama we accept is for the purposes of furthering the story.

We completely understand that everyone has lives outside of the roleplay world: school/college, work, family, friends, etc. and that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. We ask that you please maintain communication as best you can and that you log in at least once a week even if it's just to say hi.

In this Alternate Universe [AU], we are here to be creative and to explore possibilities that may not be canonically accepted. As such, we do not dictate who you roleplay with either within our story or out of it. If you participate in the main story arc, please be aware that your character may come in to contact with others not necessarily accessible within the Tolkien world. Do and explore as you will.
