Service areas (Florida for in-person, nationwide for RON)
Fees & Payment
Florida limits: $10/stamp (in-person), $25 (RON session), travel fees as disclosed
Payment methods accepted (Zelle, Cash, Card, etc.)
When payment is due (before/at time of service)
Cancellations & Refunds
Example: “RON sessions canceled less than 12 hours before appointment may be charged in full.”
“No refunds once notarization is completed.”
Identity Verification
Clients must present valid government-issued photo ID
Online notarization requires Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for preparing documents in correct format
Notary is responsible only for notarization, not document content
Privacy & Security
Sessions are encrypted and recorded per Florida law
Recordings stored securely with the RON provider
Limitation of Liability
Notary not responsible for delays due to technical issues, invalid documents, or failed ID verification
Governing Law
Agreement governed by Florida law
