Once these documents have been uploaded, People & Culture will draw up your contract. You will receive this contract virtually in your personal email. Please sign the contract as soon as you're able, so you can continue choosing your preferred phone scheme!

Q: Is this website safe enough for me to upload a copy of my passport?
A: Yes, this website is secured. You can safely upload the copy of your passport.
Q: I accidentally uploaded the wrong document, can this be changed?
A: Yes, upload the correct version again with the description that this is the correct version.
Q: I don't have a BSN yet, can I still upload the payroll tax form?
A: The payroll tax form can only be completed once you have a BSN. No worries, if you don't have one yet, you can upload your payroll tax form after signing your contract.
Q: Am I required to upload a VISA?
A: No, this is only mandatory if you are coming from abroad.
