Client Scheduling and Service Management Using Picktime

As part of my IT support training and admin experience, I set up and managed a complete booking system using Picktime for a tutorial center business. The goal was to allow clients to book WAEC, JAMB, and Adult Literacy classes seamlessly, manage appointments, communicate availability, and track service delivery.

I opened a tutorial center with the name "Onadiji Tutorial Center" and added the services that I offer

I set up the prices and the duration for each services, added resource to the resource list and also added the resource schedule

I added new team members

I set up the online booking page

I set up the business hours

I set up my notifications

I added closed dates

I added a new customer details

I booked an appointment with one of the customers

As a team member, you can see when you've being booked on your calender
