I used Calendly to professionally coordinate the meeting time and send an automated scheduling link.

I created a one-on-one interview meeting

I shared the link and sent it to the interviewee via email and also icluded a short professional message

The interviewee received the link and booked a convenient time

The interviewer received the confirmation via email and was prepared for the meeting
