I explored the Contacts section in HubSpot CRM. I learnt how to create and manage contacts, assign lifecycle stages, track communication (like WhatsApp messages), associate deals and companies, and create support tickets.
I created sample contacts.
2. I assigned lifecycle stages (Subscriber, Customer), added a note and also created a task.
3. I logged a WhatsApp message with a contact
4. I created a sample deal for a contact.
5. I created a quote for an existing deal.
6. I created a support ticket for a customer complaint.
7. I created a form to generate leads, published the form, copied and shared the link. A customer filled with and submiitted, automatically it was included in the submission section where submitted forms are located.

HUBSPOT COMMERCE
I used the Commerce section on HubSpot to learn how businesses can sell products and manage payments. I created a product with its name, price, and description, then generated an invoice for it.
I created some products
I created an invoice, added the billing contact, date, payment terms, due date, line items, quantity, unit price, unit discount, one-time discount, delivery charges, one-time tax for the entire product and finally, the customer received the email of the invoice.
