Trainings

BATASAN: Parliamentary Training is the flagship program of the Parliament. OMSYP offers trainings and technical assistance on parliamentary procedures and basic policy-making to schools, youth organizations, clubs and interested individuals, and capacitating them to become young social legislators.

Parliamentarians are trained in using parliamentary procedures as systematic way of conducting meetings, and capacitate them in writing ordinances, bills and policy resolutions. The crafted and approved ordinances or resolutions are then referred to the concerned government agency, unit or legislative body for their appropriate action and recommendation.
