Jody Green

Jody has lived in Omaha for 16 years and everyone she knows, she met through the running community. Jody describes herself as a social runner, all-purpose volunteer, board member, professional entomologist, and mother. She will share how her relationship with running has changed over the years, what she has learned, and what she hopes for other runners (like her daughter). As the local bug expert, she will mention how runners can protect themselves against ticks and mosquitoes, because critters should not be a reason to keep them away from nature during training runs or trail races.
