Tom and Jerry

Club 

2 mins – exposition Why it happened 

2 mins – exposing everyone's love  

1 min – love potion then enter club 

2.5 mins – club + Dance scene 

30 sec- love potion used 

1 min – Tom Jerry talking about love  

1 min – Minnie and Tom secretly get together  

1 min – Jerry finds out Tom is with Minnie and kills himself then Minnie runs away as Minnie realises that Tom is a cheater 

3 min – Fighting but then they get a message saying the leader's sons have killed themselves (Jerry and Tom) over love so both Cat and Mouse leaders make a treaty 

1 min- Shrek and Donkey make up and walk off into the distance along with all other characters. 

For club dance will be 2 minutes long but the power goes out as bumblebee will be charging himself, so everyone runs out screaming]

ACT 1 SCENE 1 – The woods 

(On the stage are a 4 Cats and 4 Mice and are all fighting in a horrible war which has been built upon years and years of squabbling) 

CAT 1  

(shouting) DOWN WITH THE MICE YOU VERMIN 

CAT 2 

(shouting) GO BACK TO YOUR HOLES 

MICE 1 

(shouting) YOU WEIRD CREATURES ALL YOU DO IS STEAL FOOD AND EAT PREY IT’S TIME FOR US TO BE THE PREDATORS 

MICE LEADER 

Go my soldiers defeat the evil cats 

(Cat and Mouse leaders lock eyes which each other with horrible looks) 

(Cat 3 attacks Mice 3) 

MICE 3 

(shouting) GET OFF ME YOU STRANGE THING 

(Mice 3 gets brutally punched and dies) 

SCENE 2 – TOM AND JERRY’S HOUSE 

(Tom is staring at Jerry whilst Jerry is sat in the corner of the stage writing on paper) 

TOM 

Jerry, please let me speak to you I know our parents are at war but surely, we can still talk 

JERRY 

Look I’m not speaking to you, you are a cat, A CAT why would I speak to my predator 

TOM 

Please Jerry 

JERRY  

You know we can’t talk 

(Start Soliloquy A soliloquy is where the character tells the audience what they’re thinking) 

I wish Jerry would just speak to me I have this love deep down in me that I wish I could just speak to him and confess my love 

(End Soliloquy) 

(Tom walks off the stage and blackout then Tom walks back on his own) 

TOM 

I know what I'll do I'll make a love potion but how do I make one 

(Coat Hanger walks on stage holding a potion) 

TOM 

Oh, Coat Hanger thank you so much don’t tell anyone of this. 

ACT 2 SCENE 1 – CLUB 

(Donkey is DJ and the characters are talking to each other casually) 

DONKEY 

Time for beat by MJ, it’s not beat it it’s smooth criminal 

SMOOTH CRIMINAL 

(Everyone is screaming and panicking as the lights shut off) 

ACT 2 SCENE 2 – OUTSIDE CLUB 

TOM 

Hey Kevin can I have a cup of water 

KEVIN 

Yeah sure, also I need some help I really did make my family disappear 

TOM 

We can fix that later that’s a whole other story 

(Tom uses love potion on water and gives it to Jerry) 

(Jerry instantly falls in love and they walk off holding hands) 

ACT 2 SCENE 3 – TOM AND JERRY’S HOUSE 

TOM 

Oh, Jerry I’m so glad you finally found love for me 

JERRY 

So am I, I love you so much Tom 

TOM  

We must get our parents to end this horrible war 

JERRY 

We can’t what will they think 

TOM  

No, you need to tell them 

JERRY 

(Shouting) I WON’T 

TOM  

Please Jerry you must 

(Jerry storms off and Tom is left upset, then Minnie walks on stage) 

MINNIE 

Tom, I have loved you for so long I finally have the strength to tell you, Tom will you go on a date with me 

 
TOM 

You know what of course I will Minnie 

(Tom and Minnie walk off into the distance exit stage right) 

(Enter stage left Shrek, Donkey and Jerry) 

DONKEY 

Jerry there’s something we need to tell you, we just watched Minnie and Tom walk off holding hands and heard them talking about going on a date 

JERRY 

No, not Tom he wouldn’t, would he? 

SHREK 

The truth is Jerry, Tom used a love potion on you, and he cheated on you with Minnie as you had a fight 

JERRY 

(upset) I can’t deal with this I’m leaving 

(Jerry walks off stage right and Shrek walks off stage left) 

ACT 3 SCENE 1 - WOODS 

JERRY 

I can’t deal with this anymore 

(Jerry grabs fake gun and shoots himself falling to the ground) 

(Enter Minnie and Tom from stage Left) 

MINNIE 

(Angry) TOM WAS THIS YOU 

TOM 

Oh god I can explain 

(Minnie runs away and so does Tom Minnie exit stage Right Tom exits stage left) 

ACT 3 SCENE 2 – TOM AND JERRY’S HOUSE 

(Cat leader and Mouse leader are discussing negotiations but they both won’t agree until Donkey walks in and tells them that Jerry and Tom have killed themselves) 

CAT LEADER  

Oh, my poor Tom oh no we need to end this now no negotiations no nothing just ends this war 

MOUSE LEADER 

I agree we will end the war 

(cat and mouse leader sign treaty) 

ACT 3 SCENE 3  

(Enter Shrek, Donkey, Bumblebee, Kevin, Minnie and Coat Hanger) 

(Coat Hanger is holding a coat) 

SHREK  

Well, I guess it’s times to get back to our own stories now right Donkey 

DONKEY 

Yeah, Tom and Jerry are over now we should get back to our own story 

MINNIE 

Yeah, you’re right I think I’ll try it again with Mickey 

(Bumblebee nods with agreement) 

(Coat Hanger drops his coat) 

KEVIN 

Yeah, I need to go find my family 

(All characters walk off stage left)
