Hello to the team at Waving Bear Studio, I hope you're well.
I am writing today to enquire about doing some work experience with your company. This would be the week beginning 16th of June 2025, and it would be linked to my college course. I am currently at Penwith College studying Games Design. I have researched game companies in Cornwall, yours being the one that stood out most to me. Furthermore, I think being able to talk to people that are within the field of game design would be beneficial to my education and I could learn many things that would be helpful as I look to go further with my career.
Currently, I am learning multiple skills such as C# code, 3D modelling in 3DS Max and 2D design. I think I would benefit greatly from actually seeing the amount of work that goes into making a game and learning what it takes, which I can take back and use in my college life. This is something that I'm really interested in, and I'd love to be able to see how your studio makes the game Stuffed.
Although not relevant to the game design industry, I do already have some experience within a work environment. I currently have a job at Tri-Mar Aquaria and Reptiles in Pool, where I have worked since March 2023. I have also had another job for a period throughout this year. I would be happy to send over my CV if you would like full details of my work experience.
The best way to contact me would be through my personal email, ollystevens.karting@hotmail.com. However, you can use my college email, os433323@truro-penwith.ac.uk, if you would prefer.
I hope that you will consider my proposition. Thank you for taking the time to read my message, and I look forward to your reply.
Regards, Olly.

Hi Studio316,
Thank you very much for your response, it is greatly appreciated.
Just thought I'd also ask if you had any idea of any other companies that might be willing to take on work experience people. No worries if you don't though.
Thank you again for your time.

Hello to the team at nDreams, I hope you're well.
I am writing today to enquire about doing some work experience with your company. This would be the week beginning 16th of June 2025, and it would be linked to my college course. I am currently at Penwith College studying Games Design. I have researched companies in the UK, yours being one that stood out a lot to me.
This is something that I'm really interested in, and I'd love to be able to see how your studio makes all the incredible games that you release.
Although not relevant to the game design industry, I do already have some experience within a work environment. I currently have a job at Tri-Mar Aquaria and Reptiles in Pool, where I have worked since March 2023. I have also had another job for a period throughout last year. I would be happy to send over my CV if you would like full details of my work experience.
The best way to contact me would be through my personal email, ollystevens.karting@hotmail.com. However, you can use my college email, os433323@truro-penwith.ac.uk, if you would prefer. I understand that I live quite far away, but, I am prepared to make plans to be able to stay up country for the week if I need to. However, I also have computer equipment at home if working remotely is something you'd consider.
I hope that you will consider my proposition. Thank you for taking the time to read my message, and I look forward to your reply.
Regards, Olly.
