I am a Hope Street Postdoctoral Research Fellow and, by courtesy, a Provost's STEM Postdoctoral Fellow at Brown University. I am affiliated primarily with the Breuer Lab and the Harris Lab.

My current research seeks to uncover the principles governing coordinated motion: how organisms and engineered agents exploit fluid environments, communicate through flow-mediated or biological couplings, and organize into coherent structures.

I obtained a Ph.D. in mathematics from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU in 2025, where I was advised primarily by Leif Ristroph in the Applied Math Lab and secondarily by Charlie Peskin. My dissertation research used a combination of modeling, simulation and experiment to explore levitation dynamics and flow-structure interactions at intermediate Reynolds numbers. 

I obtained a B.S. in applied and computational mathematics, with a minor in English, from Caltech in 2020.
