Olivia leans into her absurdist tendencies to protest against cultural norms, refusing to appeal to current notions of success and progress which subject one to terrifyingly conformist values. Instead, she favour the personal experiences of fun and nonsense which liberate, and only aims to achieve them aided by kitsch and childish aesthetics. Specialising in drawing, Olivia currently experiments with beaded sculpture and text as mediums alongside thought drawings. She aims to combat and question the desire to conform and be taken seriously.

Her passion for art and excellence drives her to pursue any interest with rigour and integrity. As creating art has provided her with an emotional outlet and form of escapism, Olivia aspires to contribute to the local art scene as a maker and educator and integrate art into everyday life for the community, in hopes that others may find joy and healing in it.
