3D modelling is something I have always felt drawn to, in part thanks to a 2013 web series called RWBY by Monty Oum. Before this, I was unacquainted with the possibilities of 3D animation, and modelling as a whole. I realized with a refined style, you can make your 3D animations and models quality, and that it's yet another form to poor over. The main attraction I think for me was the fact that I could possibly see the characters I love to make so much move around and do things I never thought I would ever see them do. I already felt a little confidence when I entered the module because this was something I've been trying to teach myself since about 2 years. I am extremely excited to get started, and although there's a lot to learn I am absolutely initiated already to learning it all. I think for me, this is exactly what I wanted and needed in order to really experiment and go crazy. I think in the long-run there will probably be some challenging aspects, but just from the first introductory class, I'm already thrilled to find that I can already wrap my head around using Maya and other 3D modelling tools. This is going to be a challenging module, but I feel I'll work excitedly on it.
