One of the things about parenting when you are out and about is that fast food places become an inevitability. Here are my learnings:
The special meals that are $5 or $6 are definitely worth it since they usually come with a drink and fries. My 5 year old is happy with the meal that comes with chicken nuggets and fries and a chicken sandwich (with no bun) and a little bottle of milk.
As for the adult section, I prefer Wendy's. The best there is the cobb salad since it has a nice portion of bacon, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, egg, and some fried onions.
Also at Wendy's is the kid-pleasing keychain Frosties, that are a great deal ($6 a year).
