Seduce the Cobra – Hypnotic Confessions
Seduce the Cobra is a duo project in which trumpeter Raya Haze explores the boundaries between acoustic and electronic music. Using spacious backing tracks and layered trumpet effects, she creates immersive, atmospheric soundscapes. Together with Olaf on cajón, bongos, and percussion pedals, the duo builds a dynamic dialogue between rhythm, texture, and improvisation.
Hypnotic Confessions draws the listener into a hypnotic world of ambient layers, subtle grooves, and spontaneous musical interaction. The music unfolds entirely in the moment, blending jazz, electronic influences, and world rhythms.

Seduce the Cobra – Alien Funk
With Alien Funk, Seduce the Cobra explores a futuristic, groove-driven sound world. Trumpeter Raya Haze layers expressive trumpet lines with spatial effects and electronic textures, while Olaf provides a tight, earthy funk foundation on cajón, bongos, and percussion pedals.
Built entirely from improvisation, the piece moves between funk, jazz, and ambient sound design. The result is a hypnotic fusion of rhythm and otherworldly atmosphere—like an alien jam landing unexpectedly on a dancefloor between Earth and space.

THE FOURS from Amsterdam is a Rhythm and Jazz quintet playing own original music in the Latin Jazz, Brazilian, Funk, and Caribbean styles.
The members are Leslie Lopez-bass, Olaf Keus-drums, Jeen Rabs-electric guitar, Raya Hadzhieva-trumpet/flugelhorn, and Tycho Burgerhoff-percussion.

Olaf's drumbike is a special project for big events wich can be combined with drumworkshops on bodypercussion, trash or real drums.
Silva & Keus 'Brazilian Groove'
Olaf plays with the Brazilian guitarist Célio Roberto Silva in various bands. We perform as a duo or in an extended band on street festivals, private parties, theatres and café's.
Aartsen & Keus Jazz & Latin
Olaf and the Indonesian singer/pianist Nita Aartsen tour successfully every year in Europe, India and Asia. Our music is a fusion of classical music, Latin Jazz and contemporary music.
