Our office is on the 2nd floor of 830 6th Avenue, a building remodeled by architect Oscar Lowinson back in 1908-1909. Its Art Nouveau-Beaux Arts hybrid style remains distinctive over a century after its creation.
Unfortunately, due to the building’s age, there is no elevator.
Clients coming to 830 6th Avenue, be prepared to take the stairs.

If you cannot come to the appointment, please do one of the following:
[1] Cancel on Appointlet at least 2 hours before the meeting is scheduled
[2] Reply to the confirmation email (we will send it when you book online), or
[3] Call (646-596)-7080 during business hours (not advised*).
If you delay without any contact, we will wait for 15 minutes and move on to the next client.
(If you scheduled at https://appt.link/okuyama-acupuncture or https://appt.link/okuyama-facials-and-reflexology, you can cancel online until two hours before your appointment.)
*Because we have no receptionist, phone calls are not always answered, so please email instead of calling.
We won’t charge any cancellation fee, but clients who fail to show up twice—without notice—will not be able to schedule another appointment.

予約時間においでになれない場合以下の二つの方法でご連絡下さい。

（２）予約時間から二時間以内の急なキャンセルの場合、確認のEメールに返信することでキャンセルと予約変更もできます。
恐れ入りますが診療中は電話連絡を受けることができませんので、上記の方法で連絡いただければ幸いです。
予約時間にいらっしゃらなかった場合、１５分までお待ちした後、次の予約の方を診察します。
何らかの都合で１５分以上の遅延が生じて、予約時間に間に合わなかった場合、お知らせいただければできる限りの対応をしますが、ご希望に添えない場合もあるので了承をお願いします。
キャンセル料はいただきませんが、キャンセルの連絡もなく予約日時に二回いらっしゃらなかった方は以降の予約を受け付けられないので、必ず連絡お願いします。
