Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the OkPic Terms & Conditions.

1. General Principle: All Sales Are Final

All purchases made within the OkPic - Ai Product Photography Application, including but not limited to, credit packages and subscription renewals, are considered definitive and non-refundable.

2. No Monetary Refunds

ARK Development operates on a prepaid credit system. Once a User successfully completes a payment transaction via Razorpay, or any other method, and the corresponding credits are allocated to their account, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:

• Dissatisfaction with the service or quality of AI-generated images.

• Accidental purchases.

• Unused or expired credits.

• Account termination due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.

3. Credit Rollover

The only exception related to credit expiration is as follows: If a User purchases a renewal package or upgrades their current package before the expiration date of their current package, all remaining unused credits will be rolled over and added to the new package's total.

4. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated by ARK Development due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., uploading prohibited content), any remaining credits will be immediately forfeited without refund.
