This Privacy Policy describes how ARK Development (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), an Indian registered company with email contact contact.arkdevelopment@gmail.com, collects, uses, processes, and shares personal data related to your use of the mobile application OkPic - Ai Product Photography (the "Application"), available on the Android and iOS platforms.

By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect several categories of data from you to provide, maintain, and improve the OkPic service. This includes Identity & Account Data, such as your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (collected via Google or phone sign-up), which is used for account creation, authentication, service provision, and communication. We also collect Technical Data, including your IP Address, Device Identifiers (IDFA, Android ID), Device model, and Operating System version, essential for service security, fraud prevention, technical diagnostics, and analytical reporting.

Furthermore, we gather Usage & Transaction Data, which encompasses Usage/Activity logs (such as the time and date of image generation), Credits used/remaining, Razorpay/Billing Transaction IDs, and Package details; this data is necessary for billing, credit management, service improvement, and maintaining financial records. For Content Data, we store the Generated Images (the output AI images with human models) on our Firebase backend to deliver the core service and allow user access to their content. Crucially, we expressly state that the uploaded product photos are NOT saved after processing.

Finally, we collect Marketing & Tracking Data, such as App Installation status and In-App Purchase events (tracked via the Meta SDK), along with demographic information derived from third parties, which is used to track the efficacy of marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for retargeting and audience optimization.

2. Disclosure and Third-Party Processors

We utilize third-party services which process your data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Backend/Storage/Authentication): Used for user authentication and secure storage of generated images and other account data.

• Gemini API (Google): Processes the user's uploaded product image instantaneously to generate the new photo. The uploaded image is not retained by us.

• Razorpay: Processes payment transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

• Meta SDK (Facebook/Instagram): Used for tracking app installs, purchases, and measuring the success of advertising campaigns (e.g., retargeting).

3. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable security measures (e.g., encryption) to protect your personal data. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Generated Images: Are retained until the user initiates deletion via the Application.

• Account Data: Retained until the user requests account deletion.

4. Your Rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

As a user (Data Principal) in India, you have the following rights:

2. Right to Correction/Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate personal data or erasure of your personal data.
