Oklahoma District 5 is located in the center of Oklahoma and currently has Kendra Horn as the incumbent. The two senators are James “Jim” Inhofe and James Lankford, with Kendra Horn acting as representative. Kendra won this position when she beat Tom Guild in the Democratic primary run off for U.S. House Oklahoma District 5 on August 28, 2018.

According to the graphs above, there are more white people in Oklahoma District 05 than any other race. Latin Americans hold up majority of the citizens with places of foreign birth. The demographics of the foreign born population are 1.5 times more than the rate in Oklahoma (6.1%), and about 2/3 of the rate in the United States (13.7%).

The OETA Debate was a debate that took place on October 8th, 7pm. The debate covered topics such as the "Federal government's plans as the pandemic continues" and "Should congress do more than stimulus bills". Some takeaways from the debate were that the candidates saw more Federal involvement in COVID response, and that Horn and Bice split on health care.

This district has about the same rate as Oklahoma for educational attainment for high school grads and up, and about the same rate as the United States. Their rate for bachelor's degree or higher is about 20 percent higher than the rate in Oklahoma and a little less than the rate in the United States.
