Above is the my personal defined version for Principle of Change-Making.
1. Academics is a mandatory aspect that never fails to put an applicant into immediate rejection. In such a country that lives in academia, it is commonly assumed that one's academic results must be strong and some feel that this speaks about many aspects of the person. Of course, there is bound to be a high level of subjectivity in that statement I've made. It must also be acknowledged that the evolution of our local education system is emphasizing more beyond grades.
2. Finding like-minded individuals who share a broad diversity of skills will help in making the project go far (long-term). By having people of different strengths & weaknesses, the team is able to cover up for one another's weakness and improve on their strengths. Through such teamwork & cohesion, the team can advance as one.
3. Liaison with Stakeholders will assist in different aspects of your project - be it project evaluation, manpower or resource management. With a common vision shared between 'my' team & the stakeholders, we are able to align our interests & understand one another's thoughts. This will be essentially in mitigating any unnecessary miscommunication.
4. Approval is whereby the feedback and evaluation of success of project has been identified. This will be followed by rectifying any possible circumstances so as to not hinder the success of the project. Hence, vetting by experts (stakeholders) in the relevant fields will enable us to be more prepared for any of our 'blindspots'.
5. Execution impact comes in where there is human-to-human interaction and the project is being physically implemented to the desired target audience, in the designated period of time, with the prepared resources & activities.
1. Academics (similar to what's written above)
2. Getting exposed to different settings & job scopes will broaden my application skills and develop my personality to fit the fast-changing world that we live in today. This will be done by experiencing different aspects of impacting the world such as volunteering & other relevant jobs in our economy.
3. By liaising with stakeholders, I can intrigue them to invest & fund my project so as to bring my project forward to the society.
4. Specialization involves knowing my own strengths & interests which will enable myself to go far & continue strong.
5. Aligning all actions I do to serving the community, I will always remind myself on the purpose on what I am doing & the reason for my investment in such self-initiated projects & local self-research.
