Addressing  concerns are important for maintaining consistency, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring that the hotel continues to uphold its high level of excellence. 

Reviewing real guest feedback and applying the SERVQUAL framework helped our group to see that even well-known luxury hotels can still face challenges in meeting expectations.
