Please read carefully before moving forward with your audition decision, or before consenting to your student’s participation. Required forms in the digital Audition Packet will signify that you have read the following document and agree to abide by its policies.

2025–2026 TENTATIVE OBT SCHEDULE 

Some of the dates listed below are firmer than others; for the most part, these dates will be locked in during the school scheduling meeting, usually in May.As director of the department, I do my very best to stay organized and communicative. There should be very few surprises throughout the year, and those are usually due to unforeseen opportunities. 

For now, this schedule should give you an idea as to the commitment OBT members must make when  auditioning. Please note that concert performances are non-negotiable and will only be director-excused in the  most extreme of circumstances. Dates marked in bold and/or with an asterisk below are considered mandatory, and of the highest priority.

*This living version of the tentative calendar will be more accurate than the one listed in the contract. If there are discrepancies between the two documents, the dates listed below are more accurate.
