Each of the following forms must be completed and submitted by 12:00 AM on Thursday, May 14, 2026. In order for a dancer to be considered for placement on the team, his or her complete Audition Packet must be submitted prior to the audition. No audition packets will be accepted after the time of audition.
Dancers auditioning for OBT must have three teacher recommendations.
An academic teacher
A dance teacher if possible*
Any other mentor/leader
Dancers are responsible to ask their teachers for a recommendation and provide them with the following Google Form link. Parents or family members should not fill out the recommendations.
Please remind your evaluators that these forms must be submitted by 12:00 AM on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
*If a dancer does not have a current dance teacher to provide a recommendation, he or she can substitute that recommendation with a second academic teacher recommendation.
