Visit the ODOT Mobility Management website for the most current program guide. Mobility Management Program Cycle is annual. You will need to apply every year to continue. The funding cycle:
Invoices are due quarterly (April, July, October & February)
Quarterly reports are due quarterly (April, July, October & January)
Meetings- Agenda and meeting minutes can be found in Google Drive “Meetings & Roundtables” folder
Monthly Mobility Manager Conference Calls- Held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10 AM
Quarterly Roundtables are held in Columbus.

Meet 30 minutes every week- review worksheet
Shadow another MM (other than your mentor) virtually or in-person
Join a Mobility Management subcommittee by emailing committee chair
Mobility Manager weekly update emails- news around Ohio for MM’s sent currently by [position currently vacant].
Sign up for e-updates on the ODOT Office of Transit website
Attend meetings for new mobility managers- contact Nicki Silver or Program Coordinator to be added to the meetings
Join OMM Slack group- may need to ask mentor to add you into group
Professional Development
Create an intake form specific to your area's resources
Mentor Program
Mentors and mentees should meet at least 1 time per week for 30 minutes
Complete the Mentor Program Worksheet within 12 months
