Unit Set Up Fee

We charge a one time set-up fee per property. This fee is $100 per unit.

The set up fee includes delivering notices to tenants about new management, getting tenants set up with their online portal, and walking each unit to document the condition.

Example:

1 Single Family Home = $100 set up fee

1 Duplex = $200 set up fee

1 Triplex = $300 set up fee

1 Quadplex = $400 set up fee
