As an ex-engineer, I am data and performance driven. Thus, I've identified metrics to be tracked for Reafco Ohio Elite Management. These metrics do not define the company's success but provide some quantitive information on how we are doing well as a company.
Percentage of tenants that renew their leases.
The number of days it takes between when a tenant moves out and when the unit is rent ready.
The number of days it takes to find a tenant after the unit becomes rent ready.
The number of minutes when a tenant makes an inquiry and a response.
The number of days from when a tenant makes a work order / repair request to when the work / repair gets done.
The percentage of tenant satisfaction regarding work orders completed.
The tenant satisfaction survey will be sent after work orders are completed.
