Join us for monthly sound bath gatherings in the Charlotte area — gentle, guided sessions designed to support rest, reconnection, and energetic realignment.
Whether it’s your first sound bath or your fiftieth, each gathering invites you to slow down, return to your breath, and receive.
🌿 Guided Meditation
We begin with gentle breath and intention-setting to help the body settle and the mind soften.
🌿 Immersive Soundscape
Crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments create a sonic field that supports relaxation, release, and harmony.
🌿 Community Field
These gatherings are open to all. The shared presence of others deepens the resonance — without pressure to speak or perform.
🌿 Energetic Alignment
Sessions may be tuned to moon phases or seasonal thresholds, inviting deeper attunement to natural cycles.
How to Prepare
Your comfort is part of the healing.
To help you feel supported during the session, we suggest bringing:
🌿 Yoga Mat or Blanket
You’ll be lying down for most of the session. A yoga mat, soft blanket, or padded mat will help your body rest more fully. (Some venues provide extras — check event details.)
🌿 Support for Head, Knees, or Back
Pillows, bolsters, or folded blankets can ease tension and make the experience more comfortable — especially for those with lower back or neck sensitivity.
🌿 Layers for Warmth
Your body may cool as you relax. Bring a cozy blanket or wear layers to stay warm and grounded.
🌿 Optional: Eye Mask or Cloth
Covering your eyes can enhance the internal experience and support deeper relaxation.
🌿 Water & Journal (Optional)
Hydration supports energetic flow. A journal can be helpful if you feel called to reflect after the session.
Every body is different — bring what will make you feel most comfortable. You are welcome here, just as you are.
Our public sound baths are open to all — no experience needed.

Thank you for tonight’s sound bath! It was exactly what I needed, especially the guided meditation. As soon as the sound began I felt my energy dancing around in my belly as if being reworked. And every time I placed a negative or unneeded thought back into the earth for Pachamama to regenerate, I saw magenta gerber daises grow. I will definitely be a regular at your Pineville classes as I just moved down the street.
