We bring the session to you. All you need is a quiet space to lie down and receive. Sessions typically last about 60–75 minutes including setup and grounding time.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Just make sure you have a quiet space where you feel comfortable lying down (a yoga mat, bed, or couch works). Dress in cozy clothes, and feel free to bring a blanket, eye mask, or anything that helps you feel relaxed.
Do you bring everything needed?
Yes — I bring all instruments and materials. You just need to provide a calm, uninterrupted space and an open heart.
How long is a session?

What if I’ve never done Reiki or sound healing before?
That’s perfectly okay. Many people try these modalities for the first time in 1:1 sessions. I’ll walk you through everything gently and answer any questions before we begin.
What should I expect to feel afterward?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some feel energized or clear, others feel calm or deeply rested. You may feel emotional release, insight, or simply peace. All responses are valid.
