By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Offline CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you must stop using the app

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all business, customer, and order data you enter

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Maintaining the security of your device

• Managing your own backups and exported data

Offline CRM is a tool to assist with customer and order management; how you use it remains your responsibility.

3. Data Ownership

All data you enter into the app — including customer details, orders, invoices, and any other business information — remains 100% owned by you.
We do not claim any rights over your data.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or use it for unlawful purposes

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access the app’s source code

• Exploit the app in any manner that may harm the service or other users

5. Backup & Cloud Storage

• Cloud backup is optional.

• Only your last three backups are stored in cloud storage; older backups are automatically deleted.

• Deleted backups cannot be recovered.

• While we provide cloud backup functionality, you are responsible for ensuring that backups are created successfully.

6. Limitations & Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a smooth experience:

• We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failures, unintentional deletion, corrupted storage, or internet/network issues.

• The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. App Updates

Updates may be released periodically to improve features, fix issues, or enhance security.
Some updates may be mandatory to continue using the app.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to certain features in cases of:

• Abuse or misuse

• Illegal activity

• Security or technical concerns

You are free to stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
