OFFLINE CRM – Account Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your OFFLINE CRM account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Subject: Delete My Account
Please include:
Your registered email address (required)
Your name (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
1. Firebase Authentication Account
Your registered email and password used to sign in to the app.
2. Cloud Backups
Any backup files stored in Firebase Cloud Storage associated with your account.
3. Local App Data
All data stored locally on your device—such as:
Customer records
Product catalog
Orders
Delivery details
will be removed automatically when you uninstall the app.
What Data Is Retained?
We do not retain any personal or business data after deletion.
Only anonymized, non-personal usage analytics (if any) may remain.
Timeframe for Deletion
Your account and its data will be deleted within 7 days of receiving your request.
