Offline CRM (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an offline-first customer and order management application designed for micro-businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1.1 User-Provided Data
When you use Offline CRM, you may manually enter:
Customer names
Customer phone numbers
Customer addresses
Product names, quantities, prices
Order details
Invoice information
1.2 Automatic Backups (Optional)
If backup sync is enabled:
Your app data may be uploaded to Firebase Storage under your user folder.
Only the three most recent backups are stored. Older backups are auto-deleted.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for:
Storing your business information locally on your device
Generating orders and invoices
Automatic cloud backup (if enabled)
Restoring your data when needed
We do not sell, share, or access your business or customer data.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data inside the app is stored locally on your device.
Cloud backups (if enabled) are stored securely in Firebase Storage.
Your data belongs to you, and only you can access it.
We use Firebase’s encryption and security rules to protect stored data.
4. Third-Party Services
The app uses:
Firebase Authentication (Email & Password)
Firebase Cloud Storage (Backup files)
These services are governed by Google’s privacy policies.
5. Data Deletion
You may delete your data at any time by:
Deleting the app
Clearing app data
Requesting deletion of cloud backups by emailing 25shravanthi@gmail.com
6. Children’s Privacy
Offline CRM is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy at any time if that works for you. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
