Creating OER and Combining Licenses

Florida Virtual Campus (CC BY SA)

What might you create and share with the world?

Will you start from scratch?

Write a book?

Design images? Take photos?

Design curriculum?

Contributing Open Educational Resources to the world is a great way to share knowledge, to promote equality, to overcome barriers, and to collaborate on building a better future for all. If you want to control what others can do with your work, the use of Creative Commons licenses protects your choices but still enables others to build something new from your inspiration.

Let's work together to make this a world where #EducationForAll and #OpenAccess are not simply concepts belonging to a select few. Let's share the word, share the work, and share the possibilities together. Help everyone be Creatives.

Now that you understand all about Creative Commons licenses and have been initiated into the Commons, why not give back and add to the ever-growing world built on sharing?
