All conference information can be found in Whova, an online event platform that uses both a website and a mobile app. When you download the app, the benefits will be at your fingertips:

  • View hotel and room block information

  • Check out the speakers 

  • Find colleagues attending this event and reach out to them ahead of time

  • Receive updates, such as last-minute session changes, from the organizers — the ITC Conference Committee

Please use the email address you were registered with to sign up. <<

After downloading the app, use your email address to sign into Whova’s mobile app or web portal. Once you have signed in, you should be taken directly to the OECN United Conference portal. Make sure to create your personalized bio and upload a picture. 

Please note that even though you can access the OECN United website without
downloading the app, Whova will be the primary source used for announcements, updates, and interactive communication before and during the conference.
