What is included in the conference registration fee?
Welcome reception with light appetizers on March 25.
Breakfast, lunch, and breaks for both days, March 26-27.
Casino event with light appetizers on March 26.
Sessions / roundtable discussions.
Is there single-day registration available for this two-day event?
No, you will need to register for the entire event. If you are presenting only, meals and social events are not included and single-meal tickets are not offered.
Are dinners included?
Dinners are not included for either night. Ample time will be allocated for dinner on Thursday before the casino night event. There are a multitude of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as options for onsite dining.
Will I have to pre-register for sessions?
No, all sessions are open door and seating is available on a first-come basis. Your registration provides you access to all the concurrent breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and social and networking receptions that make up the conference. Additionally, you will receive log-in credentials to utilize Whova, our mobile conference app, to help plan your OECN United experience.
When is the deadline for registration?
You may register through your ITC after registration opens in January up until the day of the event.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception and Casino Night events?
The Wednesday-evening welcome reception is exclusively designed for meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. This provides a relaxed opportunity to connect and socialize before the sessions kick off on Thursday. No RSVP is necessary; check into your room, unpack, and come on down!
The Thursday-night casino event is a three-hour, after-dinner event with a dessert buffet, music, and casino games, and will require a RSVP response to attend. Once your registration is confirmed, you'll receive an invite with information on how to reserve your chance for a little luck! This event is for meeting attendees, and registered sponsors and exhibitors.
What is the cancellation policy?
Conference registrations canceled on or before March 19, 2025, are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Attendees canceling after March 19, 2025, will not receive a refund; however, registrations may be transferred to another individual.
If I am unable to attend the event, can someone attend for me?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person by notifying both your ITC director and Kellie Gainey at kellie.gainey@managementcouncil.org by March 20, 2026.
Is there wifi at the venue?
Yes, wifi on a secure, private network is available in the conference area for conference attendees. Please note that the wifi in your private room is Hilton provided, and not on the same secure network as the conference.
What is the dress code?
Think smart casual. Smart casual attire is neat, conventional, but relatively informal in style. Not quite business casual, but not hoody-and-holey-jean casual. Be comfortable, look polished, and don’t overthink it.
What are the parking arrangements at the Hilton for conference attendees?
Conference guests can self-park for free; valet parking is available for $30/day.
Where can I find more information about the event (i.e., agenda, speaker bios, conference information)?
All conference information can be found in Whova, an online event platform that uses both a website and a mobile app. When you download the app, up-to-date information will be at your fingertips, as well as event announcements. After you have been registered, you will be given instructions on how to log in and create your attendee bio.
