Room Block Information
To book a room for OECN United, you must be registered to attend the conference. You will be provided the information to reserve your room after your registration is confirmed through your ITC director. Each room reserved will need to be in a different person’s name. For example, ten rooms cannot be in a single person’s name to hold for colleagues. This allows all confirmed registrants equal opportunity to the special rates.
Please note that early conference registration is suggested to secure the room block rate. Once the room block is filled, room availability is not guaranteed and regular rates will apply. If you are unable to secure a room at the Hilton, please feel free to book a room another Columbus-Easton area hotel.
