Common questions
Where are the productivity programs?
Go to Profile and Settings → Personal Reset and select a program for your goal. Each day offers a short task to try in real life. Day one is free; the remaining program requires Odak+. Screen Time permission is not required for these programs.
How do I protect a Safari website?
Open the Unlock with a task card in Protection and add a website. You can also use Safari’s page menu → Odak → Block this website. Enable Odak and website access under iOS Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. Private browsing needs separate permission.
Why is a site still closed after completing the task?
An active blocked-hours rule or exhausted daily limit prevents temporary access after a task. Otherwise, choose an access duration and return to your original Safari tab. If the problem continues, email us your iOS version, Odak version and the error you see. Safari protection does not cover other browsers.
Protection does not seem to work.
Check the Screen Time status in Odak settings and the apps selected for that rule. Tap Repair protection. If the problem continues, include the warning you see in your support message.
Which features are free?
App and Safari website blocking with breathing, permitted short access, usage reports, repair and turning off existing protection are included. New schedules, location rules, daily limits, focus sessions, Plan Lock, code and push-up steps require Odak+. Guided programs are also included in Odak+; the first day of each program is a free preview. Existing saved protections are retained if your subscription ends.
How do I cancel a trial or subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Odak. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
My purchased features are missing.
Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account you used to subscribe. Tap Restore purchases on the Odak+ screen.
How do I delete my data?
Use Measurement and privacy to delete local action history, and program data management to delete Odak+ progress. These actions do not erase Apple's Screen Time history or cancel your subscription. See the privacy policy for details.
Why does location protection need Always access?
For a location routine, first allow While Using the App, then Always and Precise Location. If you choose Allow Once, iOS may not show the second request; change it under Settings → Odak → Location. Background entry and exit protection requires these permissions. Location rules are optional.
