Transcript Request Form
Use this Google Form to request a cadet transcript, which documents your achievements, including community service events, leadership hours from extracurricular activities. (Drill, PT, etc.), and medals throughout your cadet history.
While AS1 cadets do not need a transcript for rank advancement, AS2, AS3, and AS4 cadets must provide one as proof of their accomplishments to qualify for new ranks, ribbons, and medals.

Kitty Hawk Honor Society
Kitty Hawk Honor Society
The Kitty Hawk Honor Society is dedicated to supporting fellow cadets through tutoring, group study sessions, and cram sessions for semester exams and finals. We also give back to our community by mentoring and tutoring students at local elementary and middle schools. Our meetingd are hel monthly during FLEX.
Requirements
GPA of 70 or above (talk to your counselor for details)
A grade of 80 or above in AFJROTC
No outstanding disciplinary actions
Must be a sophomore or higher
