Register in teams of 2 men or 2 women
Assuming a full field, you can expect to play 6 same sex matches and 2-3 Reverse Coed matches matching up with and against different pairs. You will not play against the same team more than once.
The top 16 men's and women's teams will advance to playoffs.

Registration Opens:
May 4th: Sign up form opens first to 2025 participants from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (See Early Registration Info below)
May 5th: Registration opens for all at 9:00 a.m.
Registration Closes: Limited to the first 32 men's and 24 women's teams that sign up and complete payment.
Registration Notes
Must be 21 to play (rare exceptions made by tournament director)
The team must be complete to register. Registrations that list TBD or the like will be removed without notice.
You must complete online payment within 1 day of registration to keep your spot.

EARLY REGISTRATION INFO
Those in good standing who played in the previous year's Players Ball event will be given the first chance to register for Players Ball.
Early registration will open on 5/4 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Eligible players will receive an email on 5/4 at 9:00 a.m. with a password to fill out the form. We will use the email address you were registered with the previous Players Ball. If your email has changed since then, please update us ASAP, but by no later than May 3rd. Teams/players that played the previous year who demonstrated unsportsmanlike conduct will not be included in this email and will not be allowed to play in this year's event.
If you do not get the Early Registration email on 5/4, check your SPAM folder. We may not be able to immediately respond to access requests on 5/4 and are not responsible for outdated email addresses or your email's SPAM filtering settings.
Any registration made on May 4th by a player not included in this email will be removed without notice.
Access to Early Registration is not a guarantee of a spot as the tournament is limited to the first 32 men's teams and 24 women's teams that register.
Eligible players who miss the early registration window will be able to register when the form reopens on May 5th (No exceptions will be made)
