To register, select an event from the Registration Menu. Typically registration opens 1 month prior and closes at 9:00 p.m. 2 days prior to each event.
Walk-ons are not allowed, although may be accomodated if it helps us to round out a division or to replace a team that does not show. Email to inquire.
All players must complete a Release of Liability Waiver in order to participate in our events.
For tournaments, we offer Venmo as a payment method. Teams can also pay the morning of the event.
We do not accept checks or credit cards.
Entry fees will differ from tournament to tournament. Fees for each event are included on the event's registration page.
Pools & Rules
Tournament details and pool schedules will be emailed to participants using the email address provided on the registration form the night prior to an event.
Check-In
Check-in for morning and full day events is from 8:30-8:45 and for afternoon events is from 1:45-2:00 unless otherwise noted.
A) Teams that are prepaid and have completed the waivers are not required to check-in, but should plan to arrive by the end of the check-in window.
B) Teams and/or players that have not pre-paid, need to arrive during the check-in time to complete payment. Any unpaid player who has not checked in by the close of registration will be assessed a $5 late fee. Please help us start on time!
The first 30 minutes after check-in ends is for teams to get situated, set up their court lines (nets will already be set up), and warm-up. Tournament staff will also be on hand to assist you or answer questions you may have prior to the start of the tournament.
First Serve
For morning and full day events - 9:15
For afternoon events - 2:30
A whistle will sound at the "First serve time" to indicate the start of game 1 for ALL courts. At this time, all warmups will end and play begins. A second whistle will sound to signify the end of the Game 1, regardless of score. This is to help us start on time and get things moving.
Pool Play
We guarantee that all teams will get to play at least 7 games. The number of games during pool play will vary depending on the number of teams that are in your pool. For pools where 8 games of pool play is not possible, playoff games will be guaranteed. Typically this is how many games that will be played:
4 teams: Either 6 games to 21 OR 9 games to 15
5 teams: 8 games to 15 (top 3) OR 8 games to 21 (top 2)
6 teams: 5 games to 21 (all advance, 1st round is best of 3)
7 teams: 6 games to 21 (all advance if one pool)
8 teams: 7 games to 21
9 teams: 8 games to 21
All pool play games are capped.
In accelerated formats, expect pool play will last between 3-4 hours. There will be very little "off" time. Additionally, we do not utilize work teams during pool play. Players are expected to call their own faults.
Playoffs
The number of teams that will make the playoffs will be written on your clipboard.
During playoffs work teams are utilized. When possible, the 1st seed will work the first round of playoffs if not scheduled to play. In cases where the 1st place team does not have a bye, the last place team in pool play will work the first round of playoffs.
For morning events, finals will finish by 2:00 p.m. For full day/afternoon events finals will conclude by 7:30.
All 1st place finishers will receive a prize. If a division has at least 4 teams, second place will also receive a prize.
