This web-based tool converts intensity data obtained using the Rigaku NEX DE into quantitative elemental concentrations. By uploading a CSV file exported from the NEX DE, the tool automatically extracts intensity data (cps/µA), applies drift correction, and calculates quantitative values in ppm. The processed results can be downloaded as an Excel file.
