Projeto de investigação - breve descrição
O Observatório de Transformação Digital (OTD) é uma iniciativa pioneira em Portugal, fruto da parceria entre o CEOS.PP/ISCAP/Politécnico do Porto e o Centro ALGORITMI/LASI/Universidade do Minho, contando com o apoio da FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, no âmbito do projeto UIDB/05422/2020.
O OTD posiciona-se como um catalisador de inovação, visando proporcionar uma compreensão abrangente do fenómeno Transformação Digital. Comprometido com a investigação aplicada e a colaboração interdisciplinar, o observatório procura afirmar-se como um espaço de referência que proporciona informação e diretrizes fundamentais para uma Transformação Digital bem-sucedida e sustentável.
O projeto encontra-se estruturado em quatro fases principais:
1) Fundamentação teórica; 2) Criação de um framework de caracterização das iniciativas de Transformação digital; 3) Caracterização das iniciativas de Transformação Digital nas organizações; 4) Divulgação de resultados.
Atualmente encontra-se a decorrer a terceira fase do projeto.
Research project in brief
The Digital Transformation Observatory (DTO) is a pioneering initiative in Portugal, resulting from the partnership between CEOS.PP/ISCAP/Polytechnic of Porto and the ALGORITMI Center/LASI/University of Minho, with the support of FCT – Foundation for Science and Technology, within the scope of the project UIDB/05422/2020.
The DTO positions itself as a catalyst for innovation, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Digital Transformation phenomenon. Committed to applied research and interdisciplinary collaboration, the observatory seeks to establish itself as a reference space that provides essential information and guidelines for a successful and sustainable Digital Transformation.
The project is structured in four main phases:
1) Theoretical foundation; 2) Creation of a framework for characterizing digital transformation initiatives; 3) Characterization of Digital Transformation initiatives in organizations; 4) Dissemination of results.
Currently, the third phase of the project is underway.
