Iniciativas de Transformação Digital

O modelo representado na Figura 1 é estruturante do Observatório de Transformação Digital. Identifica os elementos fundamentais para o sucesso das iniciativas de Transformação Digital, abarcando dimensões de natureza organizacional, tecnológica e ambiental, e enfatizando a natureza sociotécnica destes empreendimentos. As diversas dimensões são a base da caracterização das iniciativas de Transformação Digital nas organizações (na terceira fase do projeto).

Digital Transformation Initiatives

The model depicted in Figure 1 is foundational to the Digital Transformation Observatory. It identifies the fundamental elements for the success of Digital Transformation initiatives, encompassing dimensions of organizational, technological, and environmental nature, and emphasizing the sociotechnical nature of these endeavors. The various dimensions form the basis for characterizing Digital Transformation initiatives in organizations (in the third phase of the project). 

DT Precedents: Esta dimensão estabelece a base e a orientação das iniciativas de Transformação Digital numa organização.

• Motivations: Referem-se aos fatores impulsionadores que levam as organizações a desejarem a Transformação Digital.

• Objectives: Refletem o que a organização pretende alcançar com o projeto de Transformação Digital.

• Strategies: Referem-se às ações planeadas e executadas para atingir os objetivos da Transformação Digital.

DT Endeavour: Esta dimensão respeita ao projeto de Transformação Digital, incorporando aspetos organizacionais, tecnológicos e ambientais.

• Implantation Process: Envolve o planeamento, execução e monitorização das iniciativas, assim como a gestão da mudança organizacional.

• Organizational Capability: Considera a capacidade da organização para a Transformação Digital, incluindo a cultura, capacidade de adaptação e competências dos colaboradores.

• Information and Technology: Respeita à infraestrutura e ferramentas tecnológicas que suportam a Transformação Digital.

• Stakeholders: Inclui todas as partes interessadas que têm um interesse ou são afetadas pela Transformação Digital, tais como colaboradores, clientes, parceiros e reguladores.

• Leadership: Enfatiza o papel crucial dos líderes na Transformação Digital.

• Regulation: Contempla o impacto das regulamentações no processo de Tansformação Digital.

• Business Ecosystem: Compreende a rede complexa de atores externos que interagem com a organização.

• Innovation: Refere-se à capacidade da organização  em implementar mudanças inovadoras.

Results: Esta dimensão refere-se ao sucesso e impacto das iniciativas de Transformação Digital. 

• Outputs: São resultados tangíveis ou produtos gerados pelas iniciativas de Transformação Digital.

• Outcomes: São as mudanças operacionais ou na experiência do cliente resultantes da implementação da Transformação Digital.

• Impacts: São os efeitos mais profundos e podem incluir transformações culturais ou estruturais dentro e fora da organização.

• Motivations: These refer to the driving factors that lead organizations to embrace Digital Transformation.

• Objectives: Outline the goals that the organization aims to achieve.

• Strategies: These pertain to the planned and executed actions to meet the Digital Transformation objectives.

DT Endeavour: This dimension regards the Digital Transformation project, encompassing organizational, technological and environmental aspects.

• Implementation Process: Involves the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, as well as the management of organizational change.

• Organizational Capability: Refers to the readiness of the organization for Digital  Transformation, considering culture, adaptability, and employee competencies.

• Information and Technology: Pertains to the infrastructure and technological tools that underpin Digital Transformation.

• Stakeholders: Includes all interested parties who have a stake in Digital Transformation, such as employees, customers, partners, and regulators.

• Leadership: Emphasises the critical role of leaders in guiding Digital Transformation.

• Regulation: Takes into account the impact of regulations on the Digital Transformation project.

• Business Ecosystem: Encompasses the complex network of external actors who interact with the organization.

• Innovation: Refers to the organization's capacity to implement innovative changes.

Results: This dimension regards the success and impact of Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Outputs: These are the tangible results or products generated by Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Outcomes: These are the operational changes or changes in customer experience resulting from the Digital Transformation.

• Impacts: These are the more profound effects and may include cultural or structural transformations within and outside the organization.
