OBRIM is always looking for enthusiastic MSc and PhD students who are interested in Optical and Electrophysiological Brain Imaging and Machine learning studies. We are looking for students who have;

• Strong interest in Neuroscience problems.

• Programming background (MATLAB, Python, C++)

• Experience using at least one of these data analysis toolboxes

  • For fNIRS; HomER, NIRS-SPM, MNE-NIRS, NIRSstorm

  • For EEG; Fieldtrip, EEGLAB, MNE-Python

  • For fMRI/MRI; SPM, AFNI, FSL

• Experience in Biomedical Signal Processing (in particular EEG, fNIRS, EMG or any other Biomedical Signal)

• Previous experience in at least one neuroimaging modality (fNIRS, EEG, fMRI, MRI)

• Strong interest in statistical inference.

• Experience in designing experiments using toolboxes such as Psychtoolbox, E-Prime, Presentation, Psychopy, Lab Streaming Layer (Data acquisition from different modalities)
