Dancers who are only in one Show or a small number of routines do not need to stay all day. These dancers should:
Arrive approximately 30 minutes before their scheduled routine(s) Show Block
Be fully ready in costume upon arrival
Pack and label costume changes if needed
Remain at the theater until all of their dances have been rehearsed
Plan to stay approximately 60–90 minutes total
(Example: If my only routine is in the second half of Show B, I should plan to be at the theater from 3:30 PM -5PM)
A detailed run order has been provided so families know exactly when their dancer is scheduled. SEE SHOWTIMES HERE:
5:00–6:00 PM – Buffer Time / Finale / Final Adjustments/ Reset for Show Day
This time will be used for finale rehearsal, full cast moments (excluding youngest dancers), or any sections that need to be revisited.
Company and upper-level dancers may be dismissed early if all rehearsal elements are completed!
Dancers should arrive on time, not early, to help keep the rehearsal running smoothly
All dancers must arrive in costume with hair and makeup complete
Bring only necessary items and keep all belongings labeled
Dancers will be dismissed as soon as they are finished unless otherwise instructed
Rehearsal may pause and restart as needed to adjust spacing and timing
We are excited for a smooth and successful dress rehearsal and appreciate your help in keeping the day organized and positive for all dancers!
