4. Select Volunteer: From the pull-down menu, select the option labeled "Volunteer." Click on it to proceed. Use the drop down menu to select the role you want.

By following these steps, you'll be able to easily and effortlessly sign up to volunteer for different jobs for our showcase using our Parent Portal. Thank you for your willingness to support our event!

*Be sure to check the show schedule to ensure you know which show your child will be performing in before you volunteer! *Consider signing up to assist during a different show than the one your performer is in.

volunteer Roles:

What should I volunteer for?

Check In, Set Up, Clean Up, Ticket Taking, Ushering or Decorations:

Consider volunteering in one of these roles so it doesn't interrupt your time in the audience.

Bundle Pick-Up, Flowers or Front Lobby Refreshment:

If you are comfortable handling cash and checking off a list, this role is for you!

Quick Change Assistants:

Dancers on Company will have a lot of quick changes! If you're known to stay calm and organized under pressure, this is a great way to help. This would include getting Company dancers re - organized and set up for their second show.

Prop Master:

A Company parent with an SUV is best for this role :)

Class Buddy:

Jumpstart parents! If your child has never been dropped off, consider volunteering to be a "class buddy" to help guide your child's class on and off the stage. Chaperone and entertain them while waiting. Rest assured, you'll be able to watch from the wings. If your child is comfortable being dropped off, sit back and enjoy the show.

Note: It's impossible to have every parent backstage. Fortunately, your child has made friends and bonded with their classmates! They'll have a blast playing, coloring, and hanging out backstage before their performance.
