Cost

Registration price covers:

• 2 nights at Villa Maria Del Mar Retreat Center (See Location and Directions for more information)
• 6 healthy meals & refreshments (see sample Menu for more information)
• Attendance to all workshops and meetings
• Fun and fellowship!

Commuter Option: Allows participants to attend without staying overnight at the retreat.

• Includes all meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday breakfast, lunch
• ROOM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS FEE
• Note: Scholarships are not provided for this option

Refunds and Cancellations:

• From May 2, 2020 to March 7, 2021, refunds will be given minus 10%
• From March 8 to March 23, 2021, refunds will be given minus 20%
• From March 24 to April 8, 2021, refunds will be given minus 50%
• From April 9 to April 15, 2021, refunds will be given minus 75%
• No refunds will be issued after April 16, 2021, no exceptions
• There are no substitutions of names
• Fees are not transferable between retreats

Policies and guidelines:

• To protect our anonymity, this is a closed retreat: Only OA members may attend this retreat
• Registration confirmations are emailed out around three weeks prior to the retreat
  • Important: Please add oaserenityretreat@gmail.com to your contacts list so that the email does not go to spam
• The retreat consistently sells out, so register early to secure your place.
• Registrations are accepted only through our online registration system. The selection of your room is based on your registration time and date, since there are a limited number of both single rooms and rooms with ocean views. Basing room selection on registration time/date allows the committee to assign rooms in a fair and impartial manner.
• Please note that this retreat is run by volunteers, so please be patient as we respond to your requests
• If you have special needs (e.g., mobility, CPAP, snoring) please include it when registering

Scholarships:

The retreat has a limited number of partial scholarships available for those who need them. If you cannot afford the registration fee, a scholarship for one half the cost of a double-occupancy room may be available. To qualify for this scholarship, email oaserenityretreat@gmail.com with your request for a scholarship and a written nomination from your OA sponsor. If you are approved for a scholarship, then you will receive an email with a discount code to apply to your online registration.
