The Outstanding Education Administrator of the Year Award will be based on the following criteria:

The nominator will provide examples of how the nominee has demonstrated the following four pillars:

Pillar #1:  Trust, Integrity, Ethics and Professional Norms

Pillar #2:  Competence in their area of expertise

Pillar #3:  Relationship Building

Pillar #4:  Positive Impact

Criteria: 

Both the nominator and nominee must be current members of the EA Association (EAA).
